Thank you to the very kind lady from Wales that offered her beautiful home for just this. Your kindness is appreciated and your home is beautiful.
We had some lovely feedback from the Blues Brothers tribute in Bolton and I would sincerely like to thank all those that supported and made the night possible. They weren’t the only ones singing last Saturday night. Peter and friends all came together with their fine voices and incredible talents to raise for us, Dr Kershaw’s, Shewula children’s charity and the Oldham coliseum. In excess of £4,000 was raised. An incredible group of musical wonder. Also adding to this esteemed group was the fabulous Sharon who had her hair shaved for our cause and personally raised over £1,000 on her just giving page. What a lady of courage and our thank you’s in abundance to her too.
Also thank you this week to Glossopdale community college for their hamper efforts and the wonderful Guides of 5th Hadfield for their fabulous contribution to our cause.
A big thank you to our wonderful volunteer Tracey who tirelessly runs around for us and also audits our charity pots. Thank you for supporting her work, Mettricks, Lotties loft, Barbarella boutique, Embellish, Wetherspoons Smithy fold, Florence and Amelia’s, Mellors bakery and Butterflies florist.
Good Luck to our runners this Sunday the 19th as they take on the Manchester marathon
