Ok, so I was back to work today and starting my new eating plan???? And also my new fitness plan?? To train for the 55 mile walk …. as this is my favourite at the moment, possibly?? So i have been good all day, lots of fluids and vegetables etc; and I have just got back from a 4.6mile walk with my lovely friend Cat burning 337 calories ( if you don’t take into account the chat… which is probably another +200)…. Today I came back to work to a lovely email from Julie G smashing the £20k Xmas target out of the water!!!!! Yipeeee !!!! to keep us on track through quieter months like January, we need to look at sponsored events that will bring the monies in this year too… so i figured everyone has something to bring to RR…. I had a lady contact me a few weeks ago that is busy sampling some crocheted handicrafts and once she has done this, she is going to contact all her knitting and crochet pals… I know that everyone works in different industries, are of different age groups, interests and hobbies.. so tonights question is what talent, gift, idea, suggestion do you have???? Jarv is building a raft for a “Moat race” and I suggested the design be “sausage” inspired.. bangers and she said “ splash”… I love it when a plan comes together…. Can you cook? Sing? Jive or dance? Run, Walk, swim or prance? Can you Zumba, bake, rock and roll? Can you do “come dine”, make toad in the hole? So many things you are capable of that you probably didn’t even know you could…. if there is anyone in your family, at work, at home, a friend or neighbour that wants to do that one thing but doesn’t know who for????? Then please…. do it for REUBEN xxxx ps; wouldn’t it be good if we could break a world record for Reuben??? Just another idea….. and Im just putting it out there……… Mummy xxxx
