Our Location

Our Retreat is a countryside haven set amongst the rolling hills near to Glossop in Derbyshire. The building looks over the beautiful historic Howard Park with magnificient views of the hilly landscape.

The location of our forever home is ideal, thanks to its close proximity to the county’s borders with Cheshire, Greater Manchester, South Yorkshire and West Yorkshire.

Coupled with our operational hub and counselling suite in Ashton under-Lyne (Greater Manchester), we are ideally located.

Despite being a countryside haven, the Retreat’s geographical location and proximity to the M6 and M1 corridors means we are accessible to a wide reach of beneficiaries.

The location hosts a good range of activities for our families depending on their needs. There are plently of beautiful walking trails and hikes, wonderful restaurants, exciting wildlife and relaxing reservoirs nearby.
