We’re so excited to celebrate this special evening with you and truly appreciate your continued support of Reuben’s Retreat. Your kindness and generosity help us continue building a sanctuary of love, hope, and support for families when they need it most.

REUBall 2026 – Frequently Asked Questions

When and where is REUBall 2026 taking place?

REUBall 2026 will be held on Saturday 12th September 2026 at the beautiful Midland Hotel, 16 Peter Street, Manchester, M60 2DS. Doors open at 6pm, with carriages at midnight.

What’s the dress code?

The evening is a black-tie event. We invite you to dress to impress! Suits or tuxedos for gentlemen, and elegant evening wear for ladies.

What’s included in my ticket?

Your ticket includes: A welcome reception and three-course meal. Live entertainment and fundraising activities throughout the evening. Dancing late into the night with the amazing DJ Flash

How much are tickets and how do I pay?

Tickets are priced at £95 per person (maximum 10 guests per table). You can secure your place today with a £45 deposit, with the remaining balance due in May 2026.

Can I stay overnight at The Midland Hotel?

Yes! We’re delighted to share that a limited number of rooms have been reserved exclusively for REUBall guests at The Midland Hotel at a special discounted rate. Room rates for REUBall ’26 are £196 1 x double. Please head over to: www.leonardo-hotels.com/

Any issues please call Rebecca at Reuben’s Retreat on 01457 680023. Free cancellation on your room booking before 3pm September 11th 2026. If rooms at The Midland sell out, there are plenty of excellent hotels nearby including:

The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Collection Hotel (2-minute walk)

Hotel Gotham (5-minute walk)

Motel One Manchester – St Peter’s Square (3-minute walk)

Can I reserve a full table?

Absolutely! You can book a table of up to 10 guests. If you’d like to reserve a full table, simply choose “Table of 10” option in the form above when booking or contact our team directly to arrange.

I have dietary requirements, can these be accommodated?

Of course. The Midland Hotel can cater for a wide range of dietary needs. Please include any requirements when booking or email us at fundraising@reubensretreat.org at least two weeks before the event.

Will there be fundraising activities on the night?

Yes, REUBall is not only a night of celebration, but also a vital fundraising event for Reuben’s Retreat. Guests can look forward to raffles, auctions, and special moments throughout the evening that help support our mission.
