Snowdon SunRaise walk

Snowdon SunRaise walk

Posted by & filed under .

We are really excited to share this event with you... We have an amazing adventure planned for April 2018 with a moonlit walk up Snowdon to watch the sun rise from the top. We have 100 places and they are going fast so get booked on before this event sells out.

The cost is £45 pp and you are requested to raise a minimum of £100 pp sponsorship (we have sponsor forms, or if using a giving page, please use Virgin Money Giving).

There may be the option for us to book transport to and from Glossop, but we will need to collate numbers in order to confirm this and gauge a cost too.

It is the weekend of a full moon rising and so we could/should see the sunrise and the full moon.

Leaving Llanberis at 2am with head torches, we will head along the Llanberis Path to ascend Snowdon (or Yr Wyddfa to use its Welsh name) in the moonlight, reaching the summit in time to see the sunrise from one of the most beautiful destinations on earth. We will return along the same path in the first light of dawn, reaching Llanberis just in time for breakfast.

You can find out more about Snowdon and the Llanberis Path on the Breese adventures site.
