We are a small hard working team of full and part time staff, greatly supported by our dedicated volunteers.
Nicola Graham: Nicola is Reuben’s Mummy and Founder & Chief Executive of Reuben’s Retreat. Nicola is our vision behind the project who leads and inspires the whole team, volunteers and supporters. Nicola says she feels blessed to walk hand-in-hand every day with her angel Son to deliver his work. With over 25 years experience in the travel industry, she has a passion for travel and enjoys precious family time too.
Nicky Dean: Nicky is our Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive and Board of Trustees, and assists with various project management, HR and health and safety tasks. Nicky also supports our beneficiary work and manages our supporters CSR days. Nicky enjoys skiing, walking and spending precious time with her family.
Lynne Redmond: Lynne is our Operations Manager. She ensures that we comply with regulations and looks after our governance, putting policies and procedures in place, managing our health & safety and IT infrastructure. Lynne is also responsible for grant funding and all aspects of grant management. In her spare time, Lynne loves socialising, travelling and visiting her family in London.
Rachael Horrocks: Rachael is our Office Manager at our Ashton office. She ensures that our accounting system runs smoothly and supports the co-ordination of many of our events. Rachael also welcomes visitors, responds to supporter enquiries, updates our webshop, and helps to ensure that our families are looked after for our Ashton based support. Rachael loves to spend time with her twins and family and is also a keen runner and run coach.
Lindsay Smith: Lindsay is our Community Fundraiser. Lindsay’s role is to develop fundraising opportunities in the community setting, raising much needed funds, building relationships with potential supporters and nurturing existing relationships with suppliers, donors and voluntary fundraisers. Lindsay is a keen Manchester City Fan, loves spending time with her family and has done something she never thought she would do – joined a running club!
Stacey Kirkpatrick: Stacey is our Senior Fundraiser, working alongside our generous corporate contacts and engaging with new ones. Always looking for the opportunity to partnership with local and national businesses. Stacey has been fundraising for causes close to her heart for a number of years and loves working with like minded people. In her spare time she enjoys a hectic family life and occasionally can be found running
Sarah Leah: Sarah is our Family Well-being & Support Lead and is responsible for our support services for children, young people, adults and families. Sarah has a long history of working in services that support families and is passionate about both being part of and helping others to join Reuben’s journey to help more families experience the love and compassion that our beautiful work provides. Sarah can often be found enjoying fun times with her niece, nephew and grandson at weekends.
Susan Anders: Susan is our Housekeeper in Glossop. She works two afternoons a week ensuring that The Lodge at Reuben’s is always clean and welcoming for our families and visitors. Susan is also a keen seamstress and currently makes beautiful handmade items to sell via our webshop. In her spare time, Susan enjoys looking after and walking her dog and hosting local craft stalls.
Ian Mood: Ian is our Creative mind, working 1 day per week and is in charge of producing our quarterly magazine. His creative skills are vast and he looks after various graphic design tasks and helps with our website. Ian is also a landscape artist who enjoys walking into the local hills and sketching all day with his dog Pepper.
